Winemaking:

Handpicked in the early morning to preserve freshness, and concentration of the fruit, the grapes were optically sorted, and processed using gravity flow aspects of winemaking. The ferment was managed with 3 punch downs per day to extract maximum color and aromas. Extended contact time for roughly 20 days helped to push the nuances and expression of the vineyard.

Tasting Notes:

Greeted with dark blue and red fruits, along with spice and sage on the nose. The wine floats on the pallet with mocha, spice, crème de cassis, and plum components, finishing in sweet vanilla, coco and spice.
